This Tampa-based partnership, led by iGovTech, is composed of a balanced mix of small, large, minority, veteran, and woman-owned businesses. Team TACLAN blends the best of our individual team member’s core competencies. SAIC, EMA, Lucent, and Dataline add significant breadth and depth to the team engineering, requirements, and configuration and change management disciplines and to the vital production and life cycle sustainment phase. Based on their CMMI backgrounds, team members SAIC and iPower bring highly specialized expertise in quality assurance and process improvement. InovaTech offers excellent experience in training SOF personnel on current TACLAN systems. Small businesses Cybrix, Summit Technologies, Cases2Go, QTSI, VarnerMiller, and RTGX will add to our production, life cycle sustainment, and quality control capabilities. The University of South Florida (USF), our academic partner, gives us insight into the engineering and computing areas in which they are conducting research. USF has a history of working with USSOCOM, and our USF partnership also gives us access to graduate- and PhD-level students who are looking for advanced technology areas in which to do research as well as the USF laboratory facilities. Recently added partners Sierra Nevada Corp/Inter-4 and ITAC bring specialized expertise in the areas of hand held devices and mesh network technology and imagery dissemination.
